Let Remedy Kinesiology answer them...
What is Kinesiology and how can it help?
Let Remedy Kinesiology explain. For a detailed description go to:
What should I expect during a Kinesiology session?
In a session, the client lies on a massage table while I follow a specific procedure, utilizing muscle monitoring to access the client's subconscious. Imbalances are identified, and strategies to rebalance the body are determined. Various techniques, including acupressure, essences, and sound healing, are carried out to address the identified imbalances. Energetic blockages, resistances, or issues impacting your well-being are transformed and released. The outcome often leads to profound changes in your life.
How long is a Kinesiology session?
A standard session is 60 minutes. The first kinesiology session can take up to 90 minutes. I recommend allowing an extra 10 to 15 minutes as occasionally sessions can run overtime due to the process involved.
How much does a session cost?
-
Complimentary assessment - Book a free 15-minute assessment to explore how kinesiology may help you. This no-obligation session will give you a chance to ask questions and see if kinesiology is the right fit for you.
-
Initial kinesiology session - The initial appointment is $135 for a duration of 90 minutes.
-
Subsequent kinesiology sessions - Further kinesiology sessions cost $100 for 60 minutes.
How many Kinesiology sessions will I need?
This really depends on the layers of stress involved with your issue. Each session removes a layer of stress. You may only need a couple of sessions, or if it's a chronic issue you may need more.
What should I wear to my Kinesiology session?
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Pants or shorts and socks are recommended.
What should I expect after a Kinesiology balance?
Every person and every treatment is unique. While the following sensations may arise, it's important to note that not everyone will encounter them, and that's perfectly normal as well.
The release of stress from your body may manifest as heightened emotions and fatigue. These are positive signs that change is underway. Allow any feelings to surface and pass in their own time. If your body signals a need for rest, listen to it.
On a physical level, you might temporarily notice new aches and pains as toxins shift. It's crucial to stay well-hydrated in the 48 hours following a session.
A sense of relief is another possible outcome, lasting for several days or weeks until the next underlying issue emerges. Understand that long-lasting issues often have multiple layers, so be patient with yourself.
